Hoggy Warty Hogwarts....

I just bought tickets to the Harry Potter Exhibition at the Discovery Museum in Times Square for this Sunday. It's A's birthday present, but I don't know which of us is more excited!

Heather and I are taking A and her girls on the train (I told A she could pretend it was the Hogwarts Express) up to Penn Station and then walking from there. Tom and I just saw the last movie on Monday morning. A went with Heather to see it when it opened at midnight last Thursday. I'm sorry to see the series end, but I loved the way it concluded. I love a huge battle of good & evil, and it didn't disappoint.

how fun!!! Randy and I saw it the other night. I like it but did think it was a tad cheesy with the kids at the end, I don't want them to spin it off to the kids. It was a good run!!

That sounds like so much fun. We haven't really got into those movies, but Tony went out and bought the series on DVD and we watched the first one last weekend. We're hoping to get through them all while the final one is still in theatres and then take the kids to see the finale. I'm happy to hear that it has a good ending!

I haven't seen it yet, but I'd be sure to catch it this weekend. So excited about how it ends as well.

Julie, my oldest is the only one allowed to see the films at this point. Part I of the 7th film is especially dark, and IMO definitely not for kids. It's good that you're screening them though. :)
Aimee, JK Rowling has said many times that this is definitely the end & there will not be any more books after this. The end of the movie is nearly word for word how the book ends, although I agree that on screen it came off a bit cheesier than the book did, lol.
